> I turned off all new Xbox and game mode Windows 10 stuff. Also my dynamic GPU switching is properly set up to max performance = use of dedicated GPU. I also retouched all Radeon settings and disabled whatever that might decrease performance. So I downloaded latest drivers, installed and restarted. After that Radeon drivers were broken which resulted in an extremely choppy gameplay.
When in full-screen mode, game is stuck on cap of maximum 40 FPS after update to Windows 10 Creators update.
